Job Summary

The Scib Graduate Trainee Program is designed for highly motivated recent graduates who aspire to build a dynamic career in the insurance industry. This structured rotational program offers hands-on experience across key business functions. As a Graduate Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in strategic projects, and gain deep insights into Scib’s operations and customer-centric culture. The program combines on-the-job training, mentorship, and leadership development workshops to accelerate your professional growth.

Job Details

1.    Onboarding & Foundational Learning


Participants begin with a comprehensive induction designed to build a strong understanding of the organisation and industry.
Key Focus Areas:


•    Immersion into the company's culture, values, and operating model.
•    Understanding of the business, industry landscape, and strategic priorities.
•    Foundation-building through structured learning and development sessions.
 

2.    Cross-Functional Rotations
 

Trainees gain hands-on experience across key business functions to develop broad commercial and operational understanding.
Key Focus Areas:


•    Rotations across 3–6 strategic business units.
•    Clearly defined learning objectives and expected deliverables for each rotation.
•    Exposure to core operations, stakeholder engagement, and business processes.
•    Opportunity to identify strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
 

3.    Specialisation Track


Based on performance, capability assessment, and career interests, trainees transition into a focused area of expertise.
Key Focus Areas:


•    Tailored learning and development pathways.
•    Deepened technical and professional capability in a chosen discipline.

4.    Deployment & Acceleration
